The basis for our “On the Job Training Program” has been in place for over 100 years. It dates back to a time when a Master Journeyman would agree to train a young person in his craft. While there have been huge improvements in technology in the construction industry, this “time honored” tradition still proves to be the very foundation of cultivating the next generation of skilled trades workers. From day one in the apprenticeship program, you’ll be on the job working side by side with a Journeyman who will mentor you and pass on the skills of our craft. You’ll be earning paychecks and developing the skills necessary to help you reach your full earning potential. Then one day you’ll become the mentor and the cycle continues as it has for the last 100 plus years.
